If I accept your inquiry, I will contact you via email or discord with a quote. Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. I take PayPal and Ko-fi.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee commission acceptance.

If your commission request is accepted, it will be added to a waitlist on trello, where you may check for updates. Once it is your turn, you will be contacted.

Once your sketch(es) is completed, I will send it to you for review and make minor adjustments as requested. This does not go for chibis. You are allowed up to 3 minor changes before additional 10% charges. Major changes are an additional 30% charge each. Restarting the sketch is an additional 50% charge.

Once the sketch is approved, I will finish your commission once I reach it in my queue.

Once your order is completed, I will upload to the file on Google Docs and provide the link to a personal folder. If requested, I can also send the finished commission to your email. You will receive a watermarked and unwatermarked version of your commission.

Turnaround time may vary depending on delays. Any delays shall be announced publicly via twitter, however, commissions will always be worked on as fast as I can.

Please fill out the form provided in commission announcements. These are NOT first-come-first-serve. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee commission acceptance.

I will communicate through the method of contact that you provided on the form (email or discord).

Rush orders are prioritized over regular orders but at an additional 50% of the total cost of the order, as it delays work on others’ commissions.

Clients must provide clear photo references of everything requested in the commission, and upload them within the form.

I do not accept written descriptions, as it can interfere with the accuracy of the commission.

Currently, commercial use is not permissed.

Once payment is received, you will be put in a trello queue where you can check for progress regularly. You will receive an invoice via PayPal, unless Payment method is discussed and agreed to be via Kofi.

If you want more regular updates, it is your responsibility to contact me, but please check the queue before reaching out. Please use my contact email or discord.

All revisions must be noted when I send you the initial sketch. There is a maximum of 3 minor revisions before there is a 10% charge per revision. If you want me to restart the sketch, it will be a 50% additional charge.

Please note this does not apply for additional art offered for premade adoptables with no extra charge. As it is additional art, it may take longer, and will be done between commissions.

I currently do not accept refunds. Upon payment, you agree to this policy. This is due to current living circumstances, however this is subject to change.

All prices are in USD via PayPal invoice, or Ko-fi upon request only.

Payment is due upfront.

PayPal will convert currency if applicable. I will accept payments via Kofi if discussed beforehand.

PayPal invoices will include the 10% processing fee. Ko-fi payments MUST include the 10% processing fee.

Payments for pre-made products must be made upon receipt of the invoice, or within 12 hours. Failure to pay upon receipt could result in the loss of product hold and it will be relisted as available for the next buyer.

Payment for commissions must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice or I may move on to the next request and you will need to resubmit your request when next available.

I retain all forms, contact information, and payment information for 45 days after completion of the commission.

Tips are not mandatory but greatly appreciated!

I do not accept payment plans on orders under $200 USD, unless discussed otherwise.

I can only accept payment plans in 50/50 increments on orders $200 USD or more.

Payments must be made weekly at a minimum of $100 USD until paid in full. Failure to pay will result in loss of the rights to the commission/product, unless discussed with me. You will not be eligible for a refund.

If a payment plan is agreed to on orders of $200 USD, 50% payment of the total cost of the item must be made upon receipt of the invoice as a Holding Fee. If the remaining of the payment is not made within 7 days of the initial payment, you lose the hold and will not be eligible for more than a 50% refund of the fee in order to accommodate for the time spent holding.

If there is a failure to pay with no explanation, an attempt of communication will be made before the loss of hold. Failure to respond to a follow-up within 24 hours will result in the loss of hold on the product and will not be eligible for a refund.

I can only accept payment increments in thirds on orders over $600 USD.

Payments can be made weekly or bi-weekly at a minimum of $200 USD. Failure to pay within the time frame will result in loss of the rights to the commission/product. You will not be eligible for more than a 50% refund.

Additionally, any and all partially paid invoices outside of the aforementioned payment plans must be made within one week, or seven days, of the date the invoice was received. Failure to pay within the time frame will result in loss of the rights to the commission/product. You will not be eligible for a refund. If you are reliant on pay days, and you are paid bi-weekly, please notify me and this clause will be adjusted from 7 days to a more reasonable time frame.

If you for whatever reason file a charge back, despite whether or not you have read my TOS, you will be blacklisted from further commissions.

Blocking me before payment has been completed will result in the loss of rights to the commission/product, and you will be blacklisted from future commission or product purchase eligibility.

Block evading in order to access my commissions/products will result in being placed on a public blacklist.

I accept deadlines, however it may require you to pay rush fee of 50% of the cost of the commission if the deadline is less than 10 days.

Rush orders bump your order to the top in the queue and are an additional 50% of the cost of the commission.

Commissions by default have no immediate deadline unless it was discussed before payment, and will be done as fast as I am able depending on circumstances. If you would like to add a deadline for your commission after you have paid, a rush order fee may be required.

Please be aware that the turnaround time for your commission may be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or more depending on in-person circumstances. As I am a single mom, delays due to illness, emergencies, or other can occur.

If a delay results in a missed deadline that required a rush fee, the rush fee will be refunded.

Commissioner or adopt parent is NOT allowed to use the product for commercial use (profitable merchandise).

Commissioner or adopt parent is allowed to edit their own product for personal use. I they are making drastic changes (i.e. drawing over, having someone else edit it) please let me know ahead of time out of courtesy.

Commissioner or adopt parent is allowed to use their commission for: Icons, wallpapers, and any graphics for your social media. Credit is required somewhere visible on the page.

You may print your commission or adoptable for personal (non-commercial) use.

Commissioner or adopt parent agree they SHALL NOT upload any art received or viewed from the artist to any AI software. Doing so will result in being stripped of their commission or product rights, being blacklisted from future services, and a DMCA claim will be filed against them.

Commissioner or adopt parent SHALL NOT, under any circumstances, use any art the artist has produced via commission, direct sale (ie adoptables), or freely posted online for any sort of NFTs. Doing so will result in being stripped of their commission or product rights, blacklisted from future services, and a DMCA claim will be filed against them.

You may not use my bases for adoptables of any kind- individual adopts, adopt bundles, custom adoptables, unless a fee is paid.

You may use my bases for personal use for references, new oc debuts, doodle designs.

You SHALL NOT trace, reproduce, or copy my bases.

You SHALL NOT share my base with others.

You SHALL NOT purchase my bases for the purpose of reselling for profit or listing for free use.

You MUST credit the artist, “Ghouliisch,” on the art with the base or in the description of the art.

Frankendolling my bases with other bases of mine is permitted after purchase, however SHALL NOT be traced or produced to sell as your own for profit, and or sold as is for profit, and MUST be credited properly.

Purchase of an adoptable grants buyer claim to the design as their character. Claim to the design does not mean ownership, meaning the following guidelines must be respected, lest there be a voidance of ownership. Buyer, or person with claim to the design, is hereby and forthwith referred to as "parent".

Parent shall follow the General Permissions guideline above.

Persons may purchase claim to a design on behalf of another person that is not blacklisted (ie as a gift) however, these guidelines must still be respected. Buying on behalf of a blacklisted person will result in a blacklist and forfeit of the adopt. Only 50% of the purchase cost may be refunded in this case.

Parent SHALL NOT resell the design for more than what it was purchased for, including tax or fees, unless there is extra art for said adopt.

When using the adopt art purchased with claim to the design, parent MUST give credit to the artist, "Ghouliisch."

Parent may request transparent versions of each art piece included in a bundle or standalone for a $5 fee per piece, if it does not already come with one.

Parent may change the colors of the design as they please, however, credit for the art, if it is used, must still be given to the artist, "Ghouliisch."
